The campaign's list of supporters

During the campaign for the Child Justice Bill, this domain published lists of the organisations and individuals who had signed up to the Child Justice Alliance, and of the wider circle who asked to be recorded as friends of the campaign without formally joining it. The lists were a record of who was prepared to be counted publicly behind a common position on children in the criminal justice system: legal aid bodies, diversion and welfare service providers, university law clinics, church and community organisations, probation officers, magistrates and academics.

Why the names and addresses are not reproduced Those signatures were collected between 2001 and 2008 for one specific campaign, and they were collected together with postal addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Republishing personal contact details two decades later would serve no reader and would not be a fair use of information given for another purpose, so they have been removed. The list is also not a current membership roll of anything: this publication runs no membership scheme.

The organisations that made submissions are named on the submissions themselves, which remain online in full — see public submissions and interacting with Parliament.
